You're Not Sick, You're Thirsty!

During the past 9-10 years, I have been reading up on how to stay healthy the natural way. My formula is:    eat more veggies, do some exercise, have enough sleep, postphone buying stuff, save your money, & be at peace with your Creator.

In 2009 I was introduced to Alkaline Water and in 2011, to Alkaline and Anti oxidant water! And must drink 7-8 glasses, stop the soda drinks which are acidic!

Our lifestyle in the US is such that our system is generally acidic. Dr. Robert Young writes, if your system is acidic, your healthy cells will evolve into fungus , yeast, bacteria and eventually cancer.
That is how I got prostate cancer in 2001. In hindsight, it was due to my drinking two cans of diet coke every day, plus mostly junk food from fast food store.  (Thank God I survived the prostate cancer episode in my life.)

I strongly recommend your reading: "The pH Miracle" by Robert O.Young, PhD. and   "Water for Health, for Healing, for Life" by Dr. F. Batmanghelidi, MD. The information in this book blew my mind away. I thought I knew quite some about water.  Read the book and the information will save your life from painful ailments!

Donot blame the doctors. For any of your sickness, the doctor will prescribe a pharma chemical which has negative side effects and could  eventually even kill you. All you need is adequate water! Read the book, paperback and it only cost about $8.00 plus shipping, at Amazon.com.

Facing Adversities

We face problems every day. Mostly minor and some major ones.

Rule #1 - DO NOT complain to God!! This is a big no-no.

Instead ask "Lord, what do you want me to learn from this serious adversity?"

It's not easy.  When the adversity shows up via words from a person or an event on the road or at work, - immediately shut your mouth and if needed, grind your teeth and breath & exhale deeply while  counting from one to ten.  

Then turn over the problem to the  Lord, then move on. This will change your life and you will be at peace, happier, healthier and will live longer!

Cash flow vs. Capital Gains

Profits from buying low and selling high is capital gains. You are not an investor. You are a gambler. 

If  the stocks you purchased did not go up after a certain amount of time, for one reason or another, you are caught holding the bag. If you used borrowed funds, you are in trouble!

If you purchase an old house, renovate it, sell it and made a profit, it is capital gains.  However, if the the demand for houses dropped, - you are again caught holding the bag.  

Why not go for positive cash flow.

Check the demand for rental houses in a particular location. Buy a house at the right price and of the right physical condition. Rent it out and ensure that you have a positive cash inflow per month.

If you are successful with the first house, plan to invest in additional houses.

Values Of The Enagic Water Ionizer.

Why did I have to invest in a Water Ionizer?

The  reason I invested in a Water Ionizer is because the machine ionizes the water via a process called electrolysis.  The water produced by this machine is what keeps the free radicals in my system calm and harmless resulting in the prevention of my healthy cells from evolving into cancer cells.

I had to check out

1.   What water ionizer were available in the market,

2.   Check  detailed specfications  and warranties of each model offered,

3.   Check background of the manufacturer and how long it has been  manufacturing  this type of machine;

4.   Are parts all manufactured in-house?

5.   Is the company following some ISO international standards?

7.   Other considerations.

How does it work? What values does it offer to justify my investing in this machine?  The following are information I discovered which I share with you for your benefit.  Information of this machine is not advertised on TV or print.  Information travels by word of mouth.  The machine produces water which  has the following important major properties:

ANTI-OXIDANT  Property

The 10 in. wide x 12 in. tall x 7 in. deep machine filters your tap water,  then passes the water through the  230 watts charged  titanium plates causing the water to split or to be restructured into  a negative anti oxidant water and a positive acidic water.   The water is said to be ionized, using the process of electrolysis (where electric  current  on plates are involved).

Book Review: Confessions Of A Skeptical Physician

I cannot overemphasize enough the importance of the information in this book.  For ourselves individually and our family and friends.   

As you might know, I am a cancer survivor,  (2000),  and started reading up about healthcare since then. 

For your ready reference, I will post short excerpts from the book to serve as your instant info center, but you must have the book in your library, for you and your kids, your parents.

ACIDIC STRESS:

Dr. McKnight  defines acidic stress as the result of chronic acid exposure, primarily from diets which are:

·        High in sugars,

·        Animal proteins (especially red meat and dairy products),

·        Emotional  stress,

·        Physical stress (from lactic acid buildup) or eliminations problems such as kidney failure.

The average American diet, which is high in protein and low in fruits and vegetables, can generate a significant amount of acid daily. Such a diet raises the acid burden and the need for alkaline-rich water. 

By drinking (sufficient amount) of alkaline rich water, we may preserve our bone minerals and limit the release of calcium into the blood, thus lowering the risk of developing both kidney stones and gout. 

(If the release of calcium into the blood becomes extra high because we are acidic,-  the result is osteoporosis among other things,   multiple bone fractures which could result in infections, pneumonia and untimely death.

The above started with our diet of meat like burgers, sugars in cakes, pastries, fruit juices, sodas,  and very little intake of fresh fruits and fresh veggies.
